Dalam kesibukan mengadakan kursus Kek Lapis, sempat juga saya mengikuti kursus menghias kek di Bagus Baking Center Shah Alam. Chef Han telah menunjukkan kepada kami tentang cara-cara membuat hiasan dari coklat dan menyalut kek dengan krim segar (whipping cream for topping). Diakhir kursus, kami berpeluang menghias kek kami sendiri untuk dibawa pulang.
